Our experienced team at Walk360 provides a free - site consultation to assess the feasibility of your development. We'll discuss your goals, requirements, and budget, then provide a detailed proposal covering fees and services, along with due diligence checks to confirm that your project is viable on the chosen site.

In this phase, we refine the concept plans, tailoring site layouts and floor plans to meet your specific needs. We transform your project into a visual masterpiece by creating a detailed 3D model of the development. This stage allows for modifications and the integration of any new ideas you might have.

Depending on the type of development, we prepare the necessary plans and documentation for either a Development Application (DA) or a Complying Development Certificate (CDC). During this stage, we engage with the relevant consultants and handle the application submission on your behalf, simplifying the process and alleviating any stress.

​At this stage, we conduct thorough research into all relevant codes and property regulations, ensuring compliance with town planning requirements. Your designer will collaborate closely with you to align the initial concept sketches with your project brief and budget.

Every project is unique, with various site constraints and specific environmental planning policies (SEPPs) to consider, such as flood-related reports, bushfire assessments, and environmental protections. On your behalf, we engage with all relevant professional consultants to gather the necessary documents for your submission, ensuring full compliance and streamlined processing.

This stage begins once the Development Application (DA) plans are approved. We prepare the plans for the Construction Certificate (CC) and ensure they are ready for the builders to use for construction. We engage engineers to handle the structural design and collaborate closely with the builder to submit these plans to a private certifier for construction approval.
